Introduction
Skinning is the gathering skill for gathering materials to use in Arcanecraft. Skinning involves finding a corpse and simply clicking on it. It does however require the right tools to be in your inventory. To skin a corpse you must have a knife. Different knives can skin different corpses. These can be found at the NPC Roki - Woodsman in Pokari City (opposite the Stash Keeper).
Types of Knives
Knives as you know, are the item you need in order to gather material from corpses. Here's a list of some that may be purchased at Roki - Woodsman. Remember to use the correct knife for each corpse. To the left of the description is a picture of what the material you gather from each group of corpses will look like. Some knives are in game, yet don't have any purpose yet. (As far as I know.) This is because they're probably for higher level corpses or other things that aren't yet implemented in the game. Just my guess though~
Note: Knives can break when used.
Novice Knife
Cost - 75 Bronze
Corpses Applicable - Jaqisac Hopper (305,484), Bumbaa Boar, and Blueback Knuckler Corpses (313,344).
Apprentice Knife
Cost - 2 Silver 75
Corpses Applicable - Stout Tiger (672,227), Timberline Bruinfist (733,0), and Firemane Bull Corpses (804,-665).
Gatherer Knife
Cost - 2 Silver 75 Bronze
Corpses Available - Cloudwisk Captian (-130,590), Giant Gator (-707,-299), and Tusko Rampager Corpses (-489,-795).
Worker Knife: Not used for anything yet.
Expert Knife: Not used for anything yet.
Master Knife: Not used for anything yet.
Skinning/Hunting and You~

Skinning/Hunting is the vocation used to gather Pelts from monster corpses, which is used as material to craft armors or weapons for the vocation Arcane craft, for Conjurers and Mystics. A knife is needed to be able to gather from them and can be purchased at Roki - Woodsman in Pokari city. He will also teach you the vocation for 10 Bronze. If you decide you do not want this vocation later on, don't worry. It can be deleted at any time by accessing the craft menu in game. You do so by pressing the O key in game. Using the craft menu, you can also view your current recipes and exp for the vocation. Also, make sure you have the correct Knife for the monster corpse.
Levels
Lv1 Obtained by getting the Vocation from Roki - Woodsman.
Lv2 Requires 150 exp.
Lv3 Requires 2750 exp.
Lv4 Requires 14750 exp.
Lv5 Requires 57750 exp.
Lv6 Requires 188759 exp.
Lv7 Requires 567759 exp.
To gain exp for leveling the vocation, spend time gathering materials. You could also do the Hunting quests from Roki.
Title
There is a Title you can get for mastering this Vocation. In order to get the title, your Skinning skill must be at level 4. The title is orange and adds a stat, but only when you have it on. The title for Skinning/Hunting adds +2 Accuracy.
Forgetting a Vocation
If you made a mistake in taking the wrong vocation or deciding you don't like the one you did choose, don't worry~ You may delete it at any time, as mentioned already. Though when you forget a vocation, the exp and recipes you gained previously will be reset. Be careful!
Here's a picture of the craft menu, which is accessible by pressing the O key, as mentioned earlier. When the skill you want to forget is highlighted like in the picture, the Forget button in the top left corner becomes clickable. This is how you forget the vocation.
