Introduction
The Ranger class in Ether Saga Online (ESO) primarily only uses one weapon and of which is a ranger only restricted weapon, the bow. The bow is the only weapon you will be using in ESO as it is the only weapon you are eligible to wield. This does not mean that there is only one type of bow you can use. There will be many different bows and you will be able to unlock and wield them as you progress and increase the level of your ranger. You typically get a new "type" of bow for every 15 levels you increase starting at level 1.
As with all weapons, there are four types: Diplomatic, Frustrated, Destiny, Improved, Dominance, and Dragon Slayer.
PS. some weapons aren't available
Ranger Weapons
Diplomatic
Diplomatic weapons are elite type weapons. They can be imbued with Godly Ethrelics. These weapons are a quite difficult to obtain because of the jades you need to obtain to craft them. You can get the jades for the level 60 & 75 weapons from bosses in the instances: River Temple 1(hard mode),River Temple 2, Lady Whiteskull, and Infernal Grotto. You can also obtain level 75 jades from World bosses. The level 75 jades are also used to craft the 90 diplomatic weapon. The level 100 jades drop from Golden Eye Hell demon(Blue Kirin) and Leaffan Roxaress in Dizzet, which nobody knows how to kill due to their insane amounts of damage output. These weapons are superior to Improved. Not as superior as Dragon Slayer. Refer below.
Frustrated
| Picture | Name | Level Required | Imbue to Increase | Weapon Type | Crafting | Imbue Bonus | Str | Int |

Destiny
Improved
Improved weapons are standard weapons that can be either, obtained through quests such as up to the Elephunc training quests, obtained through easy crafting, or purchased at NPC shops.
Here the list of Improved weapons you can craft with Vocation Scoutcraft, you will need Woodcutting vocation for materials.
Dominance
This gear is obtainable by participating in the 6v6 battles and being rewarded conquer passes. Not quite sure how this works yet. You receive this gear from General Roshin. This gear can be imbued with Astral Ethrelics which can be obtained by doing the event every Sunday so long as you have a territory. The event lasts one(1) hour. This gear looks like its superior to Diplomatic but somewhat equivalent to Dragon Slayer.
Dragon Slayer
Dragon Slayer weapons are superior to elite type weapons also known as Diplomatic. These weapons are the hardest to obtain by far, but they are also the best weapon out there. Not only does it start off with dark blue glow (Masters Achievement) but with each imbue its values are raised substantially. Although these Ethrelics are also very hard to obtain, they go by the name of Dragon Blood Ethrelic.

The Anatomy of a Bow
Level 1
Wooden Bow <----This shows the name of the bow
Lv1 <----This shows the level of the bow (will explain further in the guide)
Bow<----This recognizes that this weapon is a bow
Improved<----This shows the type of bow it is
Craftsman's Labor <----This shows the rarity of the bow
Range 11.00 <----This shows the range at which the bow allows you to fire projectiles
Can Embed 1 Times <----The amount of times you are able to embed gems in the weapon
Strength 10-11<----This shows the strength increase that wielding the bow will administer
Intellect 15-16<---- This shows the intellect increase that wielding the bow will administer
Restricted to Ranger <---This shows that the bow is restricted to use only by the ranger class
Requires Level 1 <----This shows the required level in order to wield the bow
Sells for 1 Bronze<---- This shows how much money you would receive if you were to sell it
Imbue to Increase Intellect<---- Shows which attribute you would increase if you were to imbue it.
For the Lv1 aspect of the bow, this shows what level the bow is, not what level it is required to wield the bow, do not get these two mixed up. The higher level the bow is the stronger it is. *NOTE* The higher level of the bow does in fact increase the level it is required to wield the bow, but it is only possible to increase the level of the bow if you have reached a certain level, typically in increments of 5 levels of the bows level requirement. Example, if I were to attempt to increase the level of the bow to Lv2, I would need to be level 6 (level increments of 5) in order to make it Lv2, thus also making the bow's requirement level also 6. After making it level 2, it would then look something like this:
Wooden Bow
Lv2
Bow
Improved
Craftsman's Labor
Range 11.00
Can Embed 1 Times
Strength 13-14
Intellect 18-19
Health +11
Mana +8
Restricted to Ranger
Requires Level 6
Sells for 1 bronze
Imbue to Increase Intellect
As you can see, a substantial amount of things have changed from the original Wooden Bow.
-Firstly, you can see that it is indicating that the bow is now 1 level higher, Lv2.
-Secondly, you can also see that the bow has become noticeably stronger, it is now increasing the strength increase from 10-11 to now 13-14. Also it is increasing the intellect increase from 15-16 to now 18-19.
-Thirdly you can see that there are a couple new implementations to the bow. As you leveled the bow it has acquired two new different yet very useful attributes. It now increases your health by 11 and mana 8. This means that your health and mana bars that you see to the right of your portrait have now been increased by the amounts notified by the bow.
-Fourthly you can also see that it now requires you to be level 6 (increments of 5), which is nothing to worry about because you couldn't have upgraded it to level 2 without being level 6.
