    • d) Normal pets will not have an Attitude Evolution.
  • 2) The more the Melded Times, the easier the pet will have Attitude Evolution.
  • 3) You can use a treaty of the "attitude" to force the evolution to a specific attitude.
    • a) the treaty can be used at any meld (0-9meld)
    • b) it will only work if the pet has not evolve already(must be : Fierce, Calm or Bright.)

Appearance Inheritance and Mutation

Appearance Inheritance and Mutation:

  • 1) About Appearance:
    • a) Each pet has its own distinctive appearance.
    • b) Through Melding, pets can acquire a new appearance and its corresponding traits.
  • 2) Possible Appearance Changes:
    • a) The new pet has a 100% chance to inherit the Host pet's appearance and its distinctive skills.
    • b) The new pet has a 100% chance to inherit the supporting pet's appearance and its distinctive skills.
    • c) The new pet has a 50% chance to inherit the Host or the supporting pet's appearance and its distinctive skills respectively.
    • d) The new pet can have an appearance mutation, resulting in an appearance different from both the Host pet's and the supporting pet's.
  • 3) Details:
    • a) In the first Melding, the new pet will inherit the Host pet's appearance.
    • b) In the second Melding, the new pet has a 50% chance to inherit the Host pet's or the supporting pet's appearance respectively.
    • c) From the third Melding, the new pet would be more likely to have appearance mutations.
  • 4) Some pet dont mutate when melding with the same pet ,such as Auto-Repair Androids (AR), ...

EXP Modification

EXP Modification:

New pets typically inherit the Host pet's EXP modifications. The more times a pet is melded, however, the more likely the new pet will not retain EXP modifications. The pet will lose HP.

Pet Skill(s)

Pet Skills:

  • 1) In the first three Melds, the new pet will fully inherit the Host pet's skills unless Appearance Mutation happens.
  • 2) From the fourth Melding on, the new pet will have a chance to forget some of the Host pet's skills. The more times the pet is Melded, the higher the chance that the new pet will forget some of the Host pet's skills.
  • 3) An inherited skill will be unavailable if the skill's level is higher than the new pet's level.

Skill Slots

Skill Slots:

  • 1) When the Host pet's skill slot amount is equal to the supporting pet's, no changes will happen to the new pet's skill slots.
  • 2) Generally the new pet inherits the Host pet's skill slot amount when the Host pet's skill slot amount is unequal to the supporting pet's. However, as the Melded Times value grows, situations below would happen:
    • a) When the Host pet has more skill slots than the supporting pet, the new pet will have 1 less skill slot than the Host pet.
    • b) When the Host pet has fewer skill slots than the supporting pet, the new pet will have 1 more skill slot than the Host pet.
  • 3) Additionally, extra skill slots can be added on to your pet by purchasing and using smart candy from the cashshop. This is however not a 100% rate.

Element Predilection

Element Predilection:

  • 1) The new pet will not receive Element Predilections if the Host pet does not have any.
  • 2) If the Host pet has an Element Predilection:
    • a) Pets of Normal Attitude will have a random Element Predilection after Melding.
    • b) Pets of other Attitudes will inherit the Host pet's Element Predilection.

Other

Other Rules:

  • 1) The new pet's Condition, Belly, and Petbond will be the average of the Host pet's and the supporting pet's.
  • 2) The new pet will inherit the Host pet's Fuse Bonuses, as well as having its level reduce by around 10 Lvl.
  • 3) The 'Melded Times' increases by 1 after a successful Melding.
  • 4) The new pet will inherit the Host pet's Marriage status, EXP Ratio, Identification status, and Skill Comprehension setting.

(or lvl more the pets if it do not max str and int of pet you want to max)

note 1 : lvl up pet you want to max : to the same lvl of result sheep simultatenious.
(you will avoid to over meld 1 of the 2 pets or even ask yourself why at 12X lvl the sheep is still not maxed by the lvl 30 AR
(see Section : What Influences Melding Results))

note 2 : if the pet you want to ultimatly max is Fierce;
and you can lvl up the Pets more(riquire an higner lvl player),

Max Pet Hp For Fusion Pet and Combat wise Pet

How-to Max Pet Hp For Fusion Pet and Combat wise Pet:
Step 1

  • ) You begin with a sheep, make it match the elemental type of the fusion pet you are going to want to keep in the end.

Level this sheep to level 30, you will re-lvl this sheep to level 30 after each meld.

(sheep you use for meld do not have to have a particular affinity, you need the sheep to have a low hp as possible)
  • ) Now you are going to meld sheeps, the elemental type does not matter here into your first chosen sheep. All of these sheeps have to be leveled to 30. After the 1st meld you are going to want to use the green charms. (they can be traded from Wehn by using virtue, do not use the charm of the supporting as this one only has 30% success rate)
  • ) You want your sheep to mutate, preferably into a peachtail. As this is beastkin and will have the highest cap hp growth. If you reach a peachtail at any point of the mutation, start using the charm of the supporting. This prevents mutation, it will make you fail more but in the end you will keep your peachtail and it be more effective.
  • ) You need the final sheep to be 9x melded.Have the same elemental As the High Hp Sacrifice Pet explain in step 2.

Step2

  • )Find a pet with the highest hp growth possible you can find, same elemental type and type (fierce) as the sheep and fuse pet. You can use Fierce Storm Riders

Look for 9 other pets with preferably (does not have to be) over 35 or close to 34 hp growth. Same elemental type and same "type". Meld these 8 pets into your starting pet.

This will result into a pet with 44-45 hp growth, depending on the hp growth of the pets you were using. This result can be even higher. Your result will be a pet that is 10 times melded and has the same elemental type as your sheep.

Step3

  • )Now you will meld these 2 together.

Your 9 meld sheep will act as host. You will use the green charm from Wehn. You 2nd pet will act as the support . Both of these pets will need to be leveled up to at least lvl 70. Preferably higher, the higher, the better the result.

  • )After this meld you will result into a pet that has approximately the following hp rate, this calculation might not be entirely correct but you can always preview it before the meld.

"hp growth of 2nd pet" - 2 * 1.5 + 2

F.E. 45-2= 43*1.5 = 64.5 +2 = 66.5 this will be your hp growth approx. This is taken into consideration that the pets were 90 when melded, same mood and same elemental type. Because the 1.5 factor is close to cap.

As Result you will have a sacrifice Pet you will need to use in order to max Hp stat of you Fusion Pet or Combat Pet.

(Use the forge preview if you want to know how hp will have to result pet)

Step4

Now your final step

  • )You will level this pet with very high hp growth up to lvl 80/90. and more , (once again make a preview (in forge) to verify it will max Hp)
  • )You will do the same thing with your pet with good fusing abilities.
  • )Your Fusion Pet will be the host here. Your Fusion Pet should be Mutate to a Whelp (102 max hp(common) or Hulon or White Dragon (122 max hp)
  • )Mutation can be done on first meld using a charm of Addition,
  • )For Fusion Pet only Hp matter ,and fusion Bonus (only those will be Useful when your fuse with it).
  • )For Combat Pet All stat and rank will have an incidence on is power

tip :if both elemental affinity and fusion are the same pet will gain elemental bonus

Taken into consideration that both pets have same elemental type and are both lvl 90 or higher this will result into that has Max hp growth.

If you wish to increase the int growth or str growth of a pet this is also possible with a method that is pretty similar to the one above. Instead of starting with a sheep as your first pet you will however start with a silver warrior, wich will have the same elemental type as your pet that you want to raise the int or str growth from.

If you wish to raise the str and int or just the str growth, then you are best off starting with a bright silver warrior. If however you just want the int growth raised then you are best off with a cautious silver warrior. Into this first silver warrior you will meld 8 sheep, we are now using sheep because silver warriors on their own do not mutate. With the sheep however we will cause them to mutate.

When you do have the 9 times melded result, you will make once again the secondary pet. Wich will be a 10 times melded pet and in wich you will attempt to raise the int and str growth, or just the int growth. This will preferably both be raised to 4.5/5 growth. When leveling both of these pets (the 10x meld and the 9x melded silver warrior) to lvl 80 and previewing the meld (with the silver warrior as host and 10x meld as support) you will see a int and or str growth that is much higher then the usual and much higher then any pet that is currently capturable.

Remember to always use the preview tool of the forge when you are in doubt. This will give you a good estimate of what the result is going to look like.

Odyssey Guide to melding

Since the odyssey update, two pets have been introduced that will change the way of melding, Redrige hatchling and Pet Panda. These pets have the highest stats growth potential and as a result, make great pets for melding to host pets. In order to max out your new pet, takes these steps:

  • Requirements

You have to be level 100 to get daily quest for Celestial Egg. It has a chance to give one of the two pets: The Panda Cub or Redridge Hatchling. You will need two of those pets.

1. Level up your panda/hatchling to 120 or as high as possible.

2. Place both of them into the Meld pet, order does not matter

3. When done, place the pet you want to max stats of into the Host pet and the new maxed panda/hatchling into the supporting pet.

4. Fierce pets will max out STR and HP while Bright/Calm pets will max out INT and Critc
